    The invention relates to 10-acetyldocetaxel(N-Debenzoyl-N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)taxol) and functions thereof on treating metastatic colon cancer and stomach cancer.
    METHODS AND RESULTS:
    By using paclitaxel and docetaxel as reference medicines, in-vitro and in-vivo comparative studies accidentally detect that the 10-acetyldocetaxel(N-Debenzoyl-N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)taxol) has selective high-activity and high-efficiency functions on treating metastatic colon cancer and stomach cancer.
